Low LH level does not indicate poor IVF cycle outcomes with GnRh-a single trigger: a retrospective analysis

Low serum luteinizing hormone (LH) levels after a gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) trigger do not impact in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle outcomes. Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) retriggering is unnecessary for patients with low LH levels post-trigger.
