Summary

Researchers developed a new one-step method using affinity chromatography-gel filtration (AC-GF) to isolate thyroid microsomal antigen (TMAg). This technique efficiently removes thyroglobulin (TG) and yields both high-antigenic activity TM fragments and purified soluble TMAg.
