Purpose Of Review:
The purpose of this review is to describe key pharmacologic considerations to inform strategies in drug development for pediatric cancer.
Recent Findings:
Main themes that will be discussed include considering patient specific factors, epigenetic/genetic tumor context, and drug schedule when optimizing protocols to treat pediatric cancers.
Summary:
Considering these factors will allow us to more effectively translate novel targeted therapies to benefit pediatric patients.
