Regulation of Notch Signaling Pathway to Innate Lymphoid Cells in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Notch signaling pathway activation in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients promotes a shift from ILC1 to ILC2 cells. Inhibiting this pathway restores ILC1 function and reduces ILC2 activity in AMI.

Conclusions:
- Activated Notch signaling may drive an ILC1-to-ILC2 shift in the peripheral blood of AMI patients.
- Targeting Notch signaling could be a therapeutic strategy for modulating ILC responses in ACS.
