Summary

HOME PEPSE, a self-initiated HIV postexposure prophylaxis (PEPSE) for men who have sex with men (MSM), significantly reduced time to first dose post-exposure. This improves PEPSE effectiveness and offers an alternative to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).
