This study introduces a method to evaluate myocardial standardized uptake value (SUV) using 123I-metaiodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) SPECT-CT imaging. The proposed method offers repeatable quantitative assessment of myocardial uptake, outperforming the traditional H/M ratio.
