Factors contributing to long-term refractive error after cataract surgery

Long-term refractive outcomes after cataract surgery are influenced by pre-operative anterior chamber depth (ACD) and the ACD-to-axial length (AL) ratio. Understanding these factors can improve intraocular lens (IOL) selection for better patient results.
