Abstract:
A case of spontaneous perforation of the common bile duct is reported, in which there was no bile peritonitis or bile collection. The mechanism of sealed-off perforation of the duct is discussed. Cholecystectomy and T-tube decompression of the common bile duct were performed after exploration.
