Importance of Lymph Node Evaluation in ≤2-cm Pure-Solid Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

For small non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), pure-solid tumors ≥ 1 cm have a higher risk of lymph node metastasis. Thorough lymph node dissection is crucial, especially for these pure-solid tumors.
