Summary
Sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) with peach allergen (rPru p3) successfully induced tolerance in a patient with nonspecific lipid transfer protein (nsLTP) syndrome after initial reactions to SLIT and omalizumab were managed with dupilumab. Background:
