Hepaticoduodenostomy offers a viable alternative for managing impacted distal common bile duct stones, particularly when sepsis is present. This case demonstrates a successful hepaticoduodenotomy in a low-resource setting, resolving distal biliary obstruction post-cholecystectomy.
