Fixed-dose combination therapy-based protocol compared with free pill combination protocol: Results of a cluster

Fixed-dose combination (FDC) therapy did not show a significant advantage over free pill combinations for hypertension control in Nigerian primary care. Both strategies improved blood pressure, but no difference was found between the groups after six months.
