Partogram of Grandmultiparous Parturients: A Multicenter Cohort Study

Grand-multiparous women (parity 6+) have similar labor progression to multiparous women. The second stage of labor is significantly shorter in grand-multiparous women, suggesting standard partograms are appropriate.
