Disordered T cell-B cell interactions in autoantibody-positive inflammatory arthritis

T peripheral helper (Tph) cells drive antibody production in juvenile arthritis. In oligoarthritis patients with antinuclear antibodies, expanded Tph cells in synovial fluid promote B cell maturation, indicating a role in autoimmune disease.
