Lung and bone metastases patterns in osteosarcoma: Chemotherapy improves overall survival

Simultaneous lung and bone metastases in osteosarcoma (OS) are rare. Chemotherapy at the primary site improves survival rates for patients with lung and/or bone metastases, while older age and lack of treatment are detrimental.
