Differences in N-glycan structures and binding affinities exist between anti-tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFα) monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), impacting their efficacy. Humira® demonstrated superior TNFα and FcγRIIIa binding and potency in ADCC assays compared to Remicade® and Simponi Aria®.
