Bromazolam Blood Concentrations in Postmortem Cases-A British Columbia Perspective

Bromazolam, a designer benzodiazepine, was detected in 41 Canadian postmortem cases in 2021, often alongside fentanyl. Low concentrations suggest it may enhance opioid effects rather than being used alone.
