This study introduces a novel AI framework, Prototype-Guided Multi-Scale Domain Adaptation (PMDA), for early Alzheimer's disease (AD) diagnosis using brain MRI scans. PMDA effectively addresses domain shift issues, achieving high accuracy in distinguishing AD, Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and Cognitively Normal (CN) individuals.
