Hydrogen Peroxide as a Haemostatic Agent in Tonsillectomy Bleed: An Overview

Hydrogen peroxide effectively reduces blood loss and surgical time during tonsillectomy for chronic tonsillitis. This study found 3% hydrogen peroxide to be a safe and potent hemostatic agent in tonsillar fossa post-surgery.
