Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy caused by hepatocellular carcinoma

A rare paraneoplastic syndrome, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), was diagnosed in a patient with liver cancer. Surgical removal of the hepatocellular carcinoma led to complete resolution of CIDP symptoms.
