Histotripsy, a non-invasive ultrasound therapy, effectively treats canine osteosarcoma (OS) by mechanically destroying bone tumors. This study confirms its safety and feasibility, showing enhanced tissue destruction and radiographic changes in spontaneous OS tumors.
