A Novel Capsule Endoscopic Score for Crohn's Disease

A new scoring system, CDACE, shows promise for evaluating small bowel Crohn's disease (CD) activity using capsule endoscopy. It accurately reflects inflammation and stenosis, correlating well with existing measures.
