Summary

Regenerative limb salvage (rLS) using dehydrated human chorion amnion membrane (dHACM) shows comparable success rates to traditional flap-based limb salvage (fLS) for complex extremity wounds. This regenerative approach offers an effective alternative for limb reconstruction.
