Longitudinal Profiling of Endogenous Steroids in Blood Using the Athlete Biological Passport Approach

The Athlete Biological Passport (ABP) can better detect testosterone doping by analyzing blood for testosterone and T/androstenedione ratios. This steroid analysis is particularly effective in identifying transdermal testosterone use in female athletes.
