MUM-1 in canine lymphoma: A pilot study

Interferon regulatory factor 4 (IRF4), also known as MUM1, was investigated in canine lymphomas. MUM1 expression was detected in a subset of both T-cell and B-cell canine lymphomas, suggesting a potential role in lymphoma development.

Background:
- Interferon regulatory factor 4 (IRF4)/multiple myeloma oncogene-1 (MUM1) expression in human peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) correlates with poorer survival.

- To investigate MUM1 expression in canine peripheral T-cell lymphoma not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS).
