- Bone marrow biopsy confirmed 60% plasma cells with κ-light chain predominance, diagnosing κ-predominant LCMM.
- The patient's clinical presentation and laboratory findings were consistent with a diagnosis of Type I Cryoglobulinemia secondary to LCMM.

- Atypical cutaneous manifestations in LCMM, such as necrotic rashes and ulcers, should prompt suspicion for underlying cryoglobulinemia.
