Levothyroxine Timing during Ramadan: A Randomized Clinical Trial.

During Ramadan, the timing of levothyroxine intake did not significantly impact thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) or free T4 (FT4) levels. Hypothyroid patients can choose preferred administration times for levothyroxine during Ramadan fasting.
