Bacillary Layer Detachment in Diabetic Retinopathy: A Case Report

Summary
This study reports the first case of bacillary layer detachment (BLD) in diabetic retinopathy treated with anti-VEGF therapy. Intravitreal bevacizumab resolved BLD and improved vision, suggesting a link between choroidal ischemia and BLD.
