Vancomycin-loaded heparinized nanohydroxyapatite/collagen biocomposite (V-HEPHAPC) granules effectively treat MRSA osteomyelitis. This biomaterial acts as a bone scaffold and drug carrier, showing no significant side effects in vivo.
