Summary

This study shows that combining Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback (HRV-BF) and Near Infrared Hemoencephalography Neurofeedback (nirHEG-NF) may improve specific aspects of inhibitory control in older adults. The intervention also enhanced autonomic regulation in some participants.
