Early COPD diagnosis and treatment: A case report

Early diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is possible using Forced Expiratory Flow (FEF25-75) measurements. Combining long-acting muscarinic antagonists (LAMA) and long-acting beta2 agonists (LABA) effectively treats small airway obstruction in COPD.
