Functional outcomes in post Covid-19 patients with persistent dyspnea: multidisciplinary approach

Post-Covid patients with persistent dyspnea show reduced functional capacity and impaired heart function, indicated by elevated inflammatory markers and decreased left atrial strain. These factors correlate with symptom severity and exercise limitations.
