Summary

Para-ovarian tumors with borderline malignancy (PTBM) are rare, but unique imaging findings can aid diagnosis. Low apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values and high 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake on PET-MRI suggest PTBM in para-ovarian cysts.
