Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is increasingly diagnosed in older adults. This case study details the first reported diagnosis of EoE in an elderly Saudi Arabian man presenting with dry mouth and dysphagia.

- Concomitant allergies are less common in elderly EoE patients.
- Clinicians should consider EoE in older individuals, particularly those with dysphagia, even without typical allergy history.
