Summary

Zonal averages of corneal curvature (Cspot-Axi) and keratometry (Z-Kmax3) show greater repeatability than single point Kmax for keratoconus (KC) diagnosis. Pachymetry measurements (Spot-Pach and TP) demonstrate similar repeatability.
