Does clinical decision support system promote expert consensus for appropriate imaging referrals?

Expert review and the ESR iGuide showed that chest-abdominal-pelvis (CAP) CT scans in the Emergency Department (ED) were often inappropriate. Utilizing a clinical decision support system (CDSS) improved appropriateness ratings and expert agreement.
