Taxanes Versus Androgen Receptor Therapy as Second-Line Treatment for Castrate-Resistant Metastatic Prostate Cancer

In metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), second-line taxanes (TAX) show higher response rates than androgen-receptor therapy (ART) after initial ART. However, progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) remain similar between the two treatments.
