High IgG4 serum concentration is associated with active Graves orbitopathy

Elevated immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) levels indicate active Graves orbitopathy (GO). High IgG4 Graves orbitopathy patients show distinct clinical differences, suggesting a potentially unique disease entity.
