The coronal plane alignment of the knee classification does not correlate with the functional knee phenotype

The hip-knee-ankle angle (HKA) and arithmetic HKA (aHKA) measures differ significantly in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) patients. These complementary techniques offer distinct insights into coronal knee alignment during TKA surgery.
