Suprapatellar Fat Pad Impingement due to Vascular Lesion: A Case Report

A rare vascular lesion in the suprapatellar fat pad caused anterior knee pain in an adolescent. Arthroscopic surgery successfully removed the lesion, restoring full knee extension and pain relief.
