Multiple sclerosis and COVID-19: A retrospective study in Iran

COVID-19 vaccination significantly protected multiple sclerosis (MS) patients in Iran, reducing infection rates. While AstraZeneca vaccines showed more side effects, overall adverse events were not high, with male gender and employment increasing COVID-19 risk.
