Direct superior vena cava puncture for inferior vena cava filter retrieval

Retrieving inferior vena cava (IVC) filters can be difficult with blocked chest veins. Direct superior vena cava (SVC) puncture offers a viable alternative for fractured IVC filter retrieval in challenging cases.
