Rifaximin Improves Liver Functional Reserve by Regulating Systemic Inflammation.

Rifaximin treatment improved liver functional reserve and reduced inflammation markers in cirrhosis patients with hepatic encephalopathy (HE). This antibiotic may enhance liver function by modulating inflammatory responses.
