Summary

Patients with rheumatic diseases (RDs) may be predisposed to Long COVID due to immune dysregulation following SARS-CoV-2 infection. This review analyzes risk factors, clinical features, and outcomes of Long COVID in RDs, highlighting potential for severe complications.
