Abstract:
An innovative tympanoplasty method, blending the merits of traditional overlay and underlay techniques while avoiding the pitfalls. It enhances visualization, facilitates placement of the graft and preserves excellent blood supply, helps secure the fascia in place, as well as preserves the central-dented conical shape of the tympanic membrane.
