To increase the number of critical alerts issued.
To enhance the documentation of emergency alerts.
To improve the accuracy of the provider database for alert delivery.

Implemented a comprehensive education program for radiologists.
Introduced systematic reinforcement to promote critical alert system utilization.
Integrated a time-stamp macro into the dictation system for improved alert documentation.
Collaborated with other departments to update provider contact information.

Achieved a significant increase in monthly critical alerts, particularly for findings requiring follow-up (17 alerts/month).
Demonstrated a steady improvement in documentation compliance, reaching 96.9%.
