Everett is an associate professor and founding director of the PA program at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee; an adjunct professor in the Department of Population Health Sciences at Duke University in Durham, N.C.; and research editor of JAAPA . Justine Strand de Oliveira is a professor emeritus in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at Duke University and an invited professor at the University of Algarve Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in Faro, Portugal. Alicia Quella is director of PA relations for the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in Johns Creek, Ga. Roderick S. Hooker is a healthcare analyst and retired researcher. Reamer L. Bushardt is a professor, provost, and vice president for academic affairs at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions and a research associate in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School, both in Boston, Mass.
