Association Between Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma and Vertebral Fracture

Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) patients have a significantly higher risk of vertebral fracture (VF) before treatment. This increased fracture risk is independent of bone mineral density, suggesting early assessment is crucial.
