This study established Levodopa equivalent dose (LED) conversion factors for safinamide and rasagiline in Parkinson's disease (PD) patients. Safinamide 100mg was equivalent to 125mg LED, while 50mg safinamide and rasagiline 1mg were both 100mg LED.
