Symptomatic versus asymptomatic primary hyperparathyroidism: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) is often mislabeled as asymptomatic, as even these patients show clinical features. This systematic review suggests "asymptomatic" PHPT is a misnomer, highlighting the need for re-evaluation.
